Seoul Art & Biology Lab (S.abl)

Seoul's open, creative biology laboratory

Support
Paradise Cultural Foundation

As part of the global DIY movement, pioneered by MIT-spun Fab Labs, DIY biology spaces known as "bioclubs" have begun sprouting up around the world. In an effort to culture Seoul's own such space, the Seoul Art and Biology Laboratory (S.abl) was established in September 2024 and has been actively operating since.

Completely open to the public, the bioclub offers creative workshops, book clubs, lectures, opportunities, and collaborations for any creative application of biology.
